Book a Walkthrough — AirNxt Aviation Maintenance Platform
Built from scratch in 2025

Your MRO software was designed before the iPhone existed

Every major MRO platform was architected between 1975 and 2001. AirNxt was built from a clean slate in 2025 — offline-first, mobile-native, and simple enough to use without a training course.

    The problem

You are not missing the ability to be compliant.
You are missing the ability to prove it.

Compliance lives in a folder structure one person understands. AD/SB tracking lives in Excel. The record is only as current as the last manual update.

    📁

    Folder archaeology

Your compliance system is a custom folder structure only you can navigate. When you're on leave, the knowledge goes with you.

    📊

    Spreadsheet dependence

AD/SB tracking sits in Excel. Your airworthiness status is always one forgotten update away from an audit finding.

    🖥️

    Desktop-bound legacy

Built for the office in the 90s. It tethers your team to a desk when the work happens on the ramp.

See it, don't read about it

Every competitor talks about their system.
    Here is ours.

Real screens from the live product. No mockups, no illustrations.

Sign the CRS from your phone — offline

Capture the entry, sign the Certificate of Release to Service, done. Full audit trail, no paper, no duplicate entry, no chasing signatures. Works with no connectivity and syncs automatically when you're back online.

Maintenance, CAMO, operations and quality all seeing the same data from the same source. No reconciliation between systems. No "my spreadsheet says something different."

    5-year total cost

The licence fee is the part you can see

What a mid-size operation (20–75 aircraft) typically spends over five years. These are ranges, not guarantees — but the structural difference is the point.

    Before you ask

The questions operators actually ask us

You were founded in 2025. Why would I trust you with airworthiness records?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that you shouldn't take it on faith. AirNxt was built by people who held CAMO authority and spent six years inside a legacy MRO vendor. Start with one aircraft and one team, month-to-month. Export your data whenever you want. If it isn't right for your operation, delete the app — no penalty, no lock-in, no sunk cost. We would rather earn the fleet one aircraft at a time.

Does AirNxt support EASA Part-CAMO and FAA requirements?

AirNxt is built with Part-CAMO and Part-145 workflows in mind. The platform supports AD/SB tracking, AMP task management and compliance documentation workflows aligned with EASA and FAA continuing airworthiness requirements, and we are designing for GCAA alignment. We're happy to walk through the specifics for your authority on the call.

Does it really work offline — on the ramp, in the hangar?

AirNxt is offline-first, not offline-tolerant. Capture entries, sign CRS and raise defects with no connectivity at all. Entries sync device-to-device offline and to the web when you reconnect. Every offline entry is timestamped and queued — no data loss, no duplicate entries.

    How long does implementation take?

There is no implementation project. Create an account, import your fleet data, and see your compliance status. Our AI Data Import Agent takes CSV, Excel and legacy system exports and structures your fleet, requirements and compliance records automatically. We're targeting weeks, not months — and validating that with every beta operator.

What happens on the 30-minute call?

We load a fleet that looks like yours and walk the workflows you actually run — logbook entry, CRS sign-off, a defect with MEL, and the compliance dashboard. You'll see the product, not a slide deck. If it's not a fit we'll tell you on the call rather than start a sales cycle.

Thirty minutes, the real product, your kind of fleet. No procurement process, no IT project, no change management programme.

    • Walkthrough run by someone who has held CAMO authority
    • We'll tell you on the call if it isn't a fit
    • Month-to-month if you proceed. Export your data anytime.

"If the work happened, AirNxt can prove it. If it did not happen, AirNxt will not pretend it did."
